Much time was spent attempting to run the competition’s code. However, after leaving their code running for over an entire day a compilation error over a column name. After accessing the EICU data set, we selected the data sets that we would need to analyze and sanitize the data to what we would need to work with. Time was spent this week learning how RNN’s and neural ordinary differential equations work, looking for methods on how to get the most accurate model.

This week began with the collection of the related model data. The EICU database was selected on the basis of its extensive scale and the data types given.
