Welcome to Stallions
Us, the Stallions, Bhavesh Digamber, Emrit Ramharracksingh and Sanjay Santokee have teamed up to work on our biggest project yet.
Our final year project for our B.Sc. in Computer Science (Special) at The University of The West Indies would be research based and is involved in creating a deep learning model for the prediction of early onset sepsis.
Project Description & Scope
A deep learning model using high-frequency data and neural ordinary differential equations will be trained to detect early onset sepsis in patients as well as prediction of an estimated time for sepsis onset.
This project involves the creation of a deep learning model for the prediction of early onset sepsis utilizing neural ordinary differential equations to increase patient viability as well as minimizing the cost of patient treatment.
